Ingredients
- 2 medium red potatoes
- 3 to 4 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese , diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- dash nutmeg
How To Make souper gomer's

Step 1Scrub or peel potatoes. ( I usually peel mine.) Cut into pieces and boil only until potatoes are tender.

Step 2Drain and mash slightly with fork, leaving chunky.

Step 3In the same pan, add milk, soup and seasonings, stirring until heated thoroughly. Do not boil.

Step 4Stir in cheese until melted. Taste it and add more cheese or seasoning if desired.
