pauline's potato soup
My friend Pauline made this soup and brought it to our annual Halloween party. After sampling this, I told her I have to get the recipe. It's the best potato soup that I've had in a long while. Hope you enjoy it as well.

Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes,chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup celery,chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion,chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese,cubed
How To Make pauline's potato soup

Step 1In large saucepan combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon and seasonings. Mix well. Cover, simmer 15 – 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Step 2Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
