2 cheavy cream
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
1 largeonion diced
2 cchicken broth
1 lbvelveeta cheese cubed
·fresh shredded parmesan cheese for topping
How to Make Outback Steakhouse Aussie Walkabout Soup
- Place 3 tbsp. butter in large saucepan. Add the flour and make a roux. Stir in heavy cream and salt and bring to a boil reduce heat and thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place 2 tbsp. butter in Dutch oven. Add onions and saute until softened. Stir in chicken broth. Add the cream mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the Velveeta. Cook until the Velveeta is melted.
- Serve topped with shredded parm or any cheese of your choosing.
