Ingredients
- 1 - rotisserie chicken, deboned or 1 large can of chicken
- 1 - small box of velveeta
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 can veg-all vegetables (well drained)
- - option: you can use frozen mixed vegetables in place of the veg-all
How To Make nancy's awesome cheese soup

Step 1Cut the Velveeta into about 1" cubes. Set aside. Put chicken, soups and vegetables into a large stock pot or dutch oven. Add the cubed Velveeta. Simmer on low, stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
