Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups gruyere cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make my creamy chicken soup

Step 1Add butter to Dutch oven. Cook chicken until almost done. Remove chicken with slotted spoon. Add onion, and garlic. Saute for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute another 4 minutes.

Step 2Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Add cheese and cook until melted.

Step 3Remove from heat. Add parsley and bacon. Season to taste.
