Ingredients
- 8-10 - potatos
- 4-6 cups water (enough to cover potatoes)
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 6-8 slices crispy bacon (pre-fried)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons startch
- 1/2 teaspoon peper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 - chicken bouillon cube
- 1 bag shreaded cheese of choice
- 1/2-1 teaspoon celery seed
How To Make my best loaded potato soup

Step 1Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large pot, cover with water,add celery seed, garlic salt, parsley flakes, onion, bring to a boil.

Step 2Dissolve boulion cubes in 1 cup water and add to potatoes.

Step 3Stir in sour cream and bacon.

Step 4Wisk milk, flour, starch, salt, pepper in bowl. Add to potatoes continue to boil until thickened.

Step 5Serve topped with shreaded cheese...ENJOY
