Ingredients

  • 8-10 - potatos
  • 4-6 cups water (enough to cover potatoes)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 6-8 slices crispy bacon (pre-fried)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons startch
  • 1/2 teaspoon peper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 - chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 bag shreaded cheese of choice
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon celery seed

How To Make my best loaded potato soup

  • Step 1
    Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large pot, cover with water,add celery seed, garlic salt, parsley flakes, onion, bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Dissolve boulion cubes in 1 cup water and add to potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Stir in sour cream and bacon.
  • Step 4
    Wisk milk, flour, starch, salt, pepper in bowl. Add to potatoes continue to boil until thickened.
  • Step 5
    Serve topped with shreaded cheese...ENJOY
