Love potatoes, and the soup was something I was just messing with after eating some crock pot potato soup made by Tammie Bobo, my daughter-in-law! This is my version. Hope you will try it and enjoy!!

frozen olive oil & sea salt potato wedges

chicken broth
1/2 c
chopped celery - optional
1 can(s)
cream chicken soup or celery soup

cream cheese (large)
salt and pepper to taste
celery salt optional
cheese, shredded
bacon crumbled
green onions

How to Make Easy Potato Soup


  • 1Add bags of potatoes in large pot, add broth and all other ingredients, EXCEPT CREAM CHEESE, as potatoes cook on medium heat, you can cut the potato wedges in half. Stir often.
  • 2Add cream cheese at end of cooking to your liking and serve when melted.
  • 3Garnish with cheese, bacon, & chopped green onion stems, if desired.
