easy potato soup
Love potatoes, and the soup was something I was just messing with after eating some crock pot potato soup made by Tammie Bobo, my daughter-in-law! This is my version. Hope you will try it and enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen diced hash browns
- 1 bag frozen olive oil & sea salt potato wedges
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped celery - optional
- 1 can cream chicken soup or celery soup
- 1 package cream cheese (large)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - celery salt optional
- - cheese, shredded
- - bacon crumbled
- - green onions
How To Make easy potato soup

Step 1Add bags of potatoes in large pot, add broth and all other ingredients, EXCEPT CREAM CHEESE, as potatoes cook on medium heat, you can cut the potato wedges in half. Stir often.

Step 2Add cream cheese at end of cooking to your liking and serve when melted.

Step 3Garnish with cheese, bacon, & chopped green onion stems, if desired.
