easy loaded baked potato soup!
This recipe came about as a fluke! Was looking in my cabinet for something to thicken it with and seen the two pouches of the instant loaded baked potatoes and added! Family loved it!

Ingredients
- 10 medium russet potatoes
- 2 packages two small pouches of the instant loaded baked potatoes. i use idaho brand . you can find at kroger.
- 1 cup diced onions
- I can evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cups water
How To Make easy loaded baked potato soup!

Step 1Peel and cube potatoes put in large pot.add 3cups water. Bring to boil and cook until potatoes are tender usually 10-15 minutes. Add can of evaporated milk,onions, water and the packages of loaded instant baked potatoes. Cook additional 15-20 minutes. I add chopped green onions and cooked crispy bacon to garnish when done....delicious! Serve with grilled cheese sandwiches...
