creamy noodle soup
Growing up we didn't have a lot of money and we had a big family. My mom use to make this soup for us for lunch. It is easy and we usually always had the ingredients on hand.

Ingredients
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 cups thin egg noodles
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 - knorr's homestyle chicken bouillon
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 - salt and pepper
- - dried chives for garnish
How To Make creamy noodle soup

Step 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the onions and noodles and cook about 5 minutes more if you use larger noodles I use the very thin ones.

Step 2Drain the noodles and onions and add back to pan. Pour the milk, and cream in the pan and add the chicken stock. Warm through and add the butter. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Garnish with dried chives or fresh ones
