Creamy Noodle Soup
1 largeonion diced
2 cthin egg noodles
2 cheavy cream
2knorr's homestyle chicken bouillon
2salt and pepper
·dried chives for garnish
How to Make Creamy Noodle Soup
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the onions and noodles and cook about 5 minutes more if you use larger noodles I use the very thin ones.
- Drain the noodles and onions and add back to pan. Pour the milk, and cream in the pan and add the chicken stock. Warm through and add the butter. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with dried chives or fresh ones
