Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces shredded velveeta or cheddar can be used
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled. (ham would work well also)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or more to your taste

Step 1Place potatoes in greased crockpot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender and heated through.
