Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen, cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 8 ounces shredded velveeta or cheddar can be used
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled. (ham would work well also)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or more to your taste

How To Make creamy crockpot hash browns with bacon

  • Step 1
    Place potatoes in greased crockpot. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours, or until potatoes are tender and heated through.
