cheese, grated

egg, well beaten

How to Make Cream of Cheese Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Bring to a boil milk and stock with the onion. Strain; rub butter and flour together and add to the soup to thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir in beaten egg. Serve immediately.
