- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated
- 1 - egg, well beaten
How To Make cream of cheese soup

Step 1Bring to a boil milk and stock with the onion. Strain; rub butter and flour together and add to the soup to thicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese and stir in beaten egg. Serve immediately.
