Ingredients
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 - heads broccoli, chopped
- 1 - head cauliflower, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can (14.5oz0 chicken broth
- 2 packages broccoli soup mix (from produce department)
- 3-4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
- - salt, pepper to taste
How To Make cream of broccoli and cauliflower soup

Step 1Saute onion in olive oil. Add broth, broccoli, cauliflower, and garlic. Lower heat, cover, and cook until tender. Cool slightly.

Step 2Puree in blender in batches usig milk as needed. Pour back into pot.

Step 3Add packets of soup mix, butter, and rest of milk. Adjust thickness of coup to taste with milk. Add butter (optional).

Step 4Cook on low for 20 minutes. Season to taste.
