My family loves this potato soup. I have tried several but this is the one they always ask for. It is so good on a cold day!

Ingredients
- 4-5 - potatoes cubed
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup parsley flakes
- 1 - bouillon chicken broth cube
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 package velveeta cheese (1/2 lb)
How To Make cheesey potato soup

Step 1Add the first seven ingredients together in a large soup pan.

Step 2Cover with water and simmer about 20 minutes or until vegetables are done.

Step 3Mix the 2 tablespoons of flour with the 1 cup milk and then add to soup and stir. Add velveeta cheese. When cheese is melted and blended with soup it is ready to serve.
