How to Make Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Put water and milk in large pot and bring to slow boil.
  2. Add all 4 cheeses and simmer until melted.
  3. Add cooked and chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. (Left overs work great for this.)
  4. Let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add milk to thin out the soup if needed.

(Note: no need for salt due to the salt in the cheese but you may prefer to add pepper. Also chopped cooked bacon is GREAT in this soup.
