Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 8 ounces grated velvetta
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese grated
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese grated
- 8 ounces colby cheese grated
- 10 ounces chopped cook broccoli
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
How To Make broccoli cheese soup

Step 1Put water and milk in large pot and bring to slow boil.

Step 2Add all 4 cheeses and simmer until melted.

Step 3Add cooked and chopped broccoli, onion and garlic. (Left overs work great for this.)

Step 4Let simmer for about 6 minutes. Add milk to thin out the soup if needed. (Note: no need for salt due to the salt in the cheese but you may prefer to add pepper. Also chopped cooked bacon is GREAT in this soup.
