Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 - carrots, chopped
- 4 - celery stalks, chopped
- 2 - onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 3 - potatoes, boiled and smashed
- 8 ounces smoked salmon, crumbled
- 2 quarts fish stock
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
How To Make smoked salmon chowder

Step 1Heat oil in stock pot on medium. Add chopped vegetables and saute until onions are translucent.

Step 2Add tarragon and fish stock to deglaze pan.

Step 3Stir in smashed potatoes and smoked salmon. Bring to a simmer.

Step 4Add milk and pepper and cook until heated through.
