How to Make Smoked Salmon Chowder

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in stock pot on medium. Add chopped vegetables and saute until onions are translucent.
  • 2Add tarragon and fish stock to deglaze pan.
  • 3Stir in smashed potatoes and smoked salmon. Bring to a simmer.
  • 4Add milk and pepper and cook until heated through.
