- 8 cups red potatoes, diced
- 3 cans chicken broth (14.5 oz each)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- - chopped scallions, crumbled cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make potato chowder (crock pot)

Step 1Place first five ingredients in crock pot.

Step 2Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Step 3Add cream cheese and cook until melted.

Step 4Serve topped with scallions, bacon, and cheddar.
