    red potatoes, diced
  • 3 can(s)
    chicken broth (14.5 oz each)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • ·
    chopped scallions, crumbled cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Potato Chowder (crock pot)


  1. Place first five ingredients in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add cream cheese and cook until melted.
  4. Serve topped with scallions, bacon, and cheddar.
