    fresh corn kernals
  • 1/2 c
    dried sea kelp
  • 2 c
    milk or cream
  • 2 c
  • 1
    bell pepper, red or green, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Glottucks (Corn and Kelp chowder)


  1. Saute kelp in butter until it begins to melt. Add remaining ingredients and heat on low, covered, for 30-40 minutes, until soft.
  2. Remove cover and cook on low until thickened to the right consistency.
