Ingredients For glottucks (corn and kelp chowder)

1 qtfresh corn kernals

1/2 cdried sea kelp

2 cmilk or cream
-
2 cwater
-
1bell pepper, red or green, chopped

1 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make glottucks (corn and kelp chowder)

1Saute kelp in butter until it begins to melt. Add remaining ingredients and heat on low, covered, for 30-40 minutes, until soft.

2Remove cover and cook on low until thickened to the right consistency.
