  • 1 1/2 lb
    red potatoes
  • 2 stalk(s)
    sliced celery
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    frozen whole kernel corn or 2 cups fresh corn
  • 1/4 stick
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1 bag(s)
    med. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Corn Chowder


  1. Put potatoes, celery, onion and frozen corn in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes and celery are done. Add butter, milnot, shrimp and salt & pepper to taste. Cook an additional 20 minutes below a simmer till done.
