red potatoes
2 stalk(s)
sliced celery
1 c
chopped onion
1/2 bag(s)
frozen whole kernel corn or 2 cups fresh corn
1/4 stick
1 can(s)
1 bag(s)
med. shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Corn Chowder


  • 1Put potatoes, celery, onion and frozen corn in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes and celery are done. Add butter, milnot, shrimp and salt & pepper to taste. Cook an additional 20 minutes below a simmer till done.
