You can leave out the jalapeno peppers if you have kids at home. I like to serve with Cheddar, sour cream, and Frito chips on top. If you have some chopped cilantro, sprinkle on top and WOW, you have a winner!

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 21/2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 large 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 4 tablespoons cumin
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 - beef bullion cubes, crushed
- 2 cans chili beans
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 can water
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
How To Make the chili chix winning recipe

Step 1Brown onion, pepper, garlic, celery and meat in pan and drain. Transfer to Dutch oven.

Step 2Add spices, garlic and Worcestershire. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat 3 hours or overnight in crock pot.

Step 3Note: if you do not have a jalapeño pepper, you can add a can of rotelle tomatoes with green chilies.
