You can leave out the jalapeno peppers if you have kids at home. I like to serve with Cheddar, sour cream, and Frito chips on top. If you have some chopped cilantro, sprinkle on top and WOW, you have a winner!

  • 1 large
    28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2
    beef bullion cubes, crushed
  • 2 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1 can(s)
    water
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 3 stick
    celery

How to Make the Chili Chix Winning Recipe

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown onion, pepper, garlic, celery and meat in pan and drain. Transfer to Dutch oven.
  2. Add spices, garlic and Worcestershire. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat 3 hours or overnight in crock pot.
