Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey
- 2 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 - small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef with onion. Transfer to the slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. Spoon into bowls and top with an additional toppings of your choice! Enjoy!
