I threw this together yesterday and it was so good I got one bowl my husband hogged the rest, lol. I put this over cornbread waffles with sour cream, cheese and olives.

- 2 cans light red kidney beans
- 3 tablespoons chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 can tomatoe sauce
How To Make my chili
-
Step 1In a frying pan, brown beef and add chopped up onion, 1 TBSP garlic and a dash of red peppers. Cook together until all meat is done.
-
Step 2Drain any grease and put in crock pot.
-
Step 3Stir in the rest of the ingredients. If it looks to thick add a water. I put some water in the tomato sauce can and added it.
-
Step 4Put lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. I ate mine after 5 hours but the longer you let it cook the more you can taste the spices.
