My chili

wendy cook

I threw this together yesterday and it was so good I got one bowl my husband hogged the rest, lol. I put this over cornbread waffles with sour cream, cheese and olives.

How to Make My chili

  1. In a frying pan, brown beef and add chopped up onion, 1 TBSP garlic and a dash of red peppers. Cook together until all meat is done.
  2. Drain any grease and put in crock pot.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. If it looks to thick add a water. I put some water in the tomato sauce can and added it.
  4. Put lid on and cook on low for 6 hours. I ate mine after 5 hours but the longer you let it cook the more you can taste the spices.
