lucca's italian chili
Came up with this idea after watching a Packer's game, along with the mandatory beverages & some bad chili. You can always tweek to your liking. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound italian pork sausage, mix to your liking between hot & sweet
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 - celery ribs, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, or more if you wish
- 35 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 - can white kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 8 ounces mushrooms, fresh & sliced
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 pound pepperoni slices, cut in half
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- - italian cheese for topping
How To Make lucca's italian chili

Step 1Remove sausage from casing, brown & drain

Step 2Add onion, pepper, celery to pan – cook until soft, add garlic & cook for 1 minute

Step 3Add sausage, vegetables & rest of ingredients (Not Cheese) into crockpot

Step 4Cook on low 4 – 6 hours

Step 5Garnish with cheese

Step 6Serve with garlic bread & your favorite chianti
