If you like it a bit more spicy you can use fresh jalapenos or hot pickled. I use tamed pickled jalapenos so the kids can eat it too. has just a little bite that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound country sausage
- 29 ounces can tomato sauce
- 30 ounces kidney beans, canned
- 30 ounces pinto beans, canned
- 30 ounces chili beans, canned
- 2 large onions
- 4 stalks celery
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 16 ounces jar of tamed jalapeno peppers sliced
- 3 bell peppers red, yellow, orange
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 can of your favorite beer

How To Make joe's kickin chili

Step 1Brown the ground beef and sausage together in a skillet over medium heat along with one onion. Drain off the fat if you like.

Step 2Cube all your vegetables to desired size and set aside.

Step 3In a large pot, combine the meet plus all the reaming ingredients. (Except for the Beans)

Step 4Bring to a simmer over low heat, cook stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.

Step 5Add beans and simmer for another 1 to 2 hours.
