1-2 lbfresh pork sausage or ground sirloin

1 cfresh chopped onion

1 qttomato juice

1 cantomato sauce-medium

1 cantomato paste-small

1 canbeer--regular or lite

1/4 boxthin spaghetti

3-4 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspsalt

1 tsppepper

1 tspcumin

1/4 csugar

1 canranch style beans

1 canpinto beans

1 cannorthern beans

1- 1/2 galwater
How To Make gary's best chili

1Brown meat with onions. Cook until done, drain and put into large (2 gal or larger) heavy bottomed pot

2Add all other ingredients to pot--saving water for last. add water till desired thickness is reached and simmer for 45-60 min. For hotter chili add cayenne pepper to taste. For sweeter chili add more sugar to taste.
