Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups diced onions
- 2 (15oz) cans pinto beans
- 2(15oz) cans kidney beans
- 1 (15oz) can corn (drained)
- 1 (15oz) can mexican style stewed tomatoes
- 1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15oz) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1-4 1/2oz cans diced green chilies
- 1-4oz can sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package ranch style dressing mix
- - corn chips for serving
How To Make feed a crowd taco soup

Step 1Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain. Transfer into a large crockpot. Add all of the rest of the ingredients except the corn chips.

Step 2Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Place a handful of the corn chips into a soup bowl and pour a big scoopful of soup over the chips. Serve with chopped green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
