corn (drained)

mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 (15oz) can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 (15oz) can(s)
tomatoes with green chilies
1-4 1/2oz can(s)
diced green chilies
1-4oz can(s)
sliced black olives
1/2 c
sliced green olives
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 pkg
ranch style dressing mix
corn chips for serving

How to Make Feed a Crowd Taco Soup


  • 1Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain. Transfer into a large crockpot. Add all of the rest of the ingredients except the corn chips.
  • 2Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Place a handful of the corn chips into a soup bowl and pour a big scoopful of soup over the chips. Serve with chopped green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired.
