Ingredients

  • 4 can(s)
    (14 oz) navy beans
  • 2 c
    diced, cooked chicken
  • 3 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 medium
    onions, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 can(s)
    (4 oz) green chilies
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegatable oil
  • 2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Crock Pot Whitle Chili Recipe

Step-by-Step

  1. Place beans, chicken, and chicken broth together in crock pot.

    Sauté chipped onion and garlic in oil until transparent. Add spices and green chilies to onion mixture. and stir well. Add to crock pot mixture and stir well.

    Cook in crock pot for at least 2 hours on low.
  2. garnish as desired with sour cream, green onions, or Monterey Jack cheese.
