Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 large
    onions, chopped
  • 5-6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2
    green peppers, chopped
  • 2-3 lb
    ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 28 oz
    beans (red, black, or white), rinsed and drained
  • 14 oz
    canned diced tomatoes
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth

How to Make Crock-Pot Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all the ingredients to the crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours, 4-5 for high.
