Ingredients
- 2 pounds pinto beans
- 4 packages polish style sausage
- 1 can green chilis
- 2 large onion sliced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 large tomatoes diced
- 1 small box rice
How To Make crock pot beans and rice

Step 1Fry sausage and 1 tablespoon chili powder until the meat is coated.

Step 2Wash beans and set rice to the side. Put beans along with remaining ingredients in crock pot. Fill with water.

Step 3Cook slow or fast, whatever your preference. When beans are soft, add rice and cook till rice becomes tender. Serve with cornbread or alone.
