chili beer soup with pasta
I just use light beer. You can use dark beers but different beers will yield different flavors. Experiment with different beer's until you find the one you like.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cans beer i use bud light different beers will make different flavor
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons each chili powder and cumin
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups water
- 1 - knorr's homestyle beef bouillon
- 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
- 8 ounces pasta cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chili beer soup with pasta

Step 1Combine first 8 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 2While this is simmering cook your beef and pasta. Set aside.

Step 3Add water and bouillon to the chili beer ingredients. Cook until bouillon is completely dissolved.

Step 4Stir in the pasta and meat. Serve in bowls with cheese on top.
