Ingredients For beer brat chili

2 lbsbeer brats casing removed

1large onion chopped
-
1 medgreen bell pepper chopped
-
3 Tblschili powder
-
1 28 oz catomato puree
-
1 28 oztomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

1 cancondensed tomato soup
-
1 sm cantomato paste
-
1 cankidney beans with liq
-
1 canblack beans rinsed
-
1cannavy beans drained
-
1 cupwater
How To Make beer brat chili

1Break up brats and cook in lrg fry pan until cooked through, drain grease

2Add chopped onion and bell pepper (can add jalapeño pepper as well if desired) cook until soft

3Add chili powder, salt, pepper as desired.

4In large soup pot add all tomato products and water. Stir well to dissolve soup and tomato paste.

5Add meat onion pepper mixture. Bring to a simmer then add beans.

6Simmer for approx. 1/2 hr and enjoy with a loaf of crusty bread
