Ingredients
- 2 lbs - beer brats casing removed
- 1 - large onion chopped
- 1 med - green bell pepper chopped
- 3 Tbls - chili powder
- 1 28 oz ca - tomato puree
- 1 28 oz - tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 1 can - condensed tomato soup
- 1 sm can - tomato paste
- 1 can - kidney beans with liq
- 1 can - black beans rinsed
- 1can - navy beans drained
- 1 cup - water
How To Make beer brat chili

Step 1Break up brats and cook in lrg fry pan until cooked through, drain grease

Step 2Add chopped onion and bell pepper (can add jalapeño pepper as well if desired) cook until soft

Step 3Add chili powder, salt, pepper as desired.

Step 4In large soup pot add all tomato products and water. Stir well to dissolve soup and tomato paste.

Step 5Add meat onion pepper mixture. Bring to a simmer then add beans.

Step 6Simmer for approx. 1/2 hr and enjoy with a loaf of crusty bread
