track side chicken soup
When away at the races I need to make meals that are easy and quick and also allow me to bring ingredients that do not need to be refrigerated. This chicken soup recipe is basic but it works well after a long day/night at the track.

Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 8 teaspoons chicken base
- 13oz cans premium chunk chicken breast (sams club)
- 6 ounces whole grain spaghetti
How To Make track side chicken soup

Step 1Bring water to a boil

Step 2Add chicken base and bring to a second boil

Step 3Add chicken and juice from the can.

Step 4Break the spaghetti into thirds and add to the pot.

Step 5Bring to a boil again and reduce to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 10 min or until pasta is tender.

Step 6Salt and pepper to taste.
