While visiting New Mexico we went to this little resteraunt for lunch and had the best chicken taco soup I ever had, so I tried to make it mine.

Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 large onion ( diced)
- 1 small butternut squash ( diced)
- 1 can rotoli tomatos and chillies (14 1/2 oz)
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 small cloves galic (diced)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
How To Make linda's chicken taco soup

Step 1Put everything in slow cooker stir set on low for 8 hrs.

Step 2Before serving shred up chicken.

Step 3Serve with corn chips or pita chips.
