Ingredients
- 1 - whole chicken
- 2 large oranges juiced
- 1 - lemon juiced
- 1 - lime juiced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion halved and sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 - container knorr' homestyle chicken bouillon
- 8 ounces cooked and drained noodles
How To Make cuban inspired chicken noodle soup

Step 1Mix the juices, garlic and salt together. Marinate the chicken overnight.

Step 2Place sliced onions in bottom of roasting pan. Pour wine over onions. Place chicken on top of onions. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until chicken is done.

Step 3Remove chicken to cutting board. Pour juices in cooking pot and add the water and bouillon. Bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes.

Step 4Meanwhile cut chicken off bone. Mix chicken, noodles and juices. Ladle into bowls.
