creamy chicken vegetable soup
I love a good soup on a cold winter evening. My grandson enjoys a soup similar to this at a resturant we frequent so I wanted to come up with something that he would like and I hit the jackpot with this one. We have a cold week ahead so this one is going to be great for warming us up.

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons rice flour
- 1 cup snow peas
- 12 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 - chicken breasts-cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cream
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make creamy chicken vegetable soup

Step 1In a large sauce pan melt butter whisk in rice flour to make a rue. Once it is smooth add the chicken broth.

Step 2Add the peas and carrots and the snow peas. Let it simmer and thicken.

Step 3Add the shredded chicken. Keep simmering about 30 minutes or so.

Step 4Stir in the two cups of cream.
