Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup
6 Tbsprice flour
1 csnow peas
12 ozfrozen peas and carrots
4 cchicken broth
2chicken breasts-cooked and shredded
·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup
- In a large sauce pan melt butter whisk in rice flour to make a rue. Once it is smooth add the chicken broth.
- Add the peas and carrots and the snow peas. Let it simmer and thicken.
- Add the shredded chicken. Keep simmering about 30 minutes or so.
- Stir in the two cups of cream.
