Ingredients

  • DUMPLINGS
  • 12 ounces chicken breast
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 - 1 inch knob of ginger peeled
  • 2/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • BROTH
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 - knorr's homestyle chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • - juice of 1 lime

How To Make cilantro chicken dumplings in lime chicken broth

  • Step 1
    Place all dumplings ingredients in food processor. Process until well incorporated. Mixture will be sticky. Roll into 12 balls.
  • Step 2
    Place the broth ingredients in a large dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook about 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Ladle into bowls
