- DUMPLINGS
- 12 ounces chicken breast
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - 1 inch knob of ginger peeled
- 2/3 cup chopped cilantro
- BROTH
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 - knorr's homestyle chicken bouillon
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- - juice of 1 lime
How To Make cilantro chicken dumplings in lime chicken broth

Step 1Place all dumplings ingredients in food processor. Process until well incorporated. Mixture will be sticky. Roll into 12 balls.

Step 2Place the broth ingredients in a large dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook about 8 minutes.
