Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1 package knorr's homestyle chicken bouillion
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 - leek sliced
- 1 - carrot chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 7 - egg yolks
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 1 cup cooked rice
How To Make avegolemono (greek lemon chicken soup)

Step 1In large pot combine first 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer on low heat 30 minutes.

Step 2Whisk together the flour and butter and add to broth. Simmer another 10 minutes

Step 3Whisk egg yolks until pale. Add a little soup and whisk until incorporated. Stir into pot.

Step 4Add chicken and rice and heat through
