Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans veg all (mixed vegetables)
- 2 cans tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 1/4 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make venus de milo (minestrone) soup

Step 1In a large soup pot brown ground beef in olive oil, breaking up into small pieces.

Step 2Add onion soup mix and mix well.

Step 3Add all canned ingredients, including the liquids, and bring to a boil.

Step 4Add orzo and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes (until orzo is cooked through).

Step 5Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
