- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (15 ounces) beef broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 1 can pinto beans, undrained
- 1 can (15 ounces) can kernel corn, undrained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup water
How To Make taco soup

Step 1In a pan, brown and crumble ground beef with diced onion. ( season with a pinch of salt and pepper.)

Step 2drain excess grease from ground beef

Step 3Put ground beef and onion mixture into the slow cooker. Add in dices tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, beef broth, and water.

Step 4Stir in packets of ranch dressing and taco seasoning

Step 5Give it all a good stir and set on low for 6-8 hours

Step 6Serve with toppings such as crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, Mexican cheeses, and chopped green onions
