    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 15 1/4 oz
    can whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 15 1/4 oz
    kidney beans with liquid
  • 14 1/2 oz
    diced tomatoes with green chilies with liquid
  • 141/2 oz
    can stewed tomatoes diced with liquid
  • 1
    envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream

How to Make Santa Fe Cheese Soup


  1. Brown the meat with the onions and garlic. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high 3 hours or on low 5 hours.
