Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    85 % lean beef (hambuger)
  • 1/2 c
    onions (chopped)
  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1
    large potato
  • 2 -3 Tbsp
    beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 6-8 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    cabbage, shredded
  • 1 c
    noodles of your choice
  • 1 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned diced

How to Make Poor Man's Vegetable Beef Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray large pot with cooking spray and brown ground Beef, be sure chop it up
  2. Add Water, and Beef bouillon bring to boil
  3. Add chopped potato(cubed small) boil 10-15 minutes
  4. Add pepper, onions, vegetables, tomatoes, and cabbage. Return to boil. Then Add noodles of your choice. Cook till tender. Your ready to eat.
  5. Real good with wheat crackers.
