Also known as YaKa Mein. A Chinese African dish known for its healing properties for a hangover. Served mostly in New Orleans by a lot of street vendors and Chinese restaurants. I don't need a hangover to eat this soup it's delicious

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds beef roast your choice
- 4-6 quarts water
- 2 tablespoons beef base like better than boullion
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 pound spaghetti cooked in salted water and drained
- 8 large eggs hard boiled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- - soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ketchup
How To Make old sober

Step 1Fill a stockpot with water and add the beef bouillon, salt, old bay, onion powder and canola oil. Add the roast and make sure the water totally covers the roast. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 2 to 3 hours until meat falls apart. Adding more liquid if needed.

Step 2Remove beef from broth and shred it then add back to broth.

Step 3To assemble the soup place spaghetti in bowl ladle soup over top. top with eggs and parsley. Add extra ingredients according to taste
