This soup was a hit! Put together quick and boy did it go quick! Its like a spicy wonton soup where the wonton kicked out the pork on its own and replaced with cheesey potato!!

Ingredients
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 - carrot chopped or shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce, light
- 1 pound ground pork or thinly sliced pork chop
- 1 - box swansons hot & sour stock (32 ounce)
- 2 cups water
- 3 - chopped green onion
- 1 box mini potato filled pierogies
How To Make hot-n-sour pierogi soup

Step 1Melt butter and soy in large pot add onion saute for a min. Add pork and carrots. Cook down for another 3 minutes stiring.

Step 2Add stock and water stir and simmer for 30min. Bring back to boil and add pierogies and boil for another 4min. Before serving chop and add green onions.

Step 3I added half box of pierogis first day then second day added the rest so they didnt fall apart too much. But either way is YUMM! Feel free to add more of your favorite chinese veggies.
