Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - onion
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup celery
- 2 cups quartered red potaoes
- 32 ounces beef broth
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 can small can of tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 pinches salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
How To Make hamburger soup

Step 1This is so easy to make and as quick as you want it to be!! Enjoy! Slice all the veggies ahead of time!

Step 2Brown the beef with the garlicn adding the salt and peper and if needed, add 2 T of olive Oil. Next put in all of the veggies, and fry it for around 5 minutes, but not quite cooked all the way.

Step 3Finally add the beef stock, the diced tomatoes and tomato paste! Add the Oregano and let it cook until a rolling boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy with a loaf of Italian bread and butter!
