Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1
onion
1 c
carrots
1/2 c
celery
2 c
quartered red potaoes
32 oz
beef broth
14 oz
diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
small can of tomato paste
4 clove
garlic
3 pinch
salt and pepper
1 tsp
oregano, dried

How to Make Hamburger Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1This is so easy to make and as quick as you want it to be!! Enjoy!
    Slice all the veggies ahead of time!
  • 2Brown the beef with the garlicn adding the salt and peper and if needed, add 2 T of olive Oil. Next put in all of the veggies, and fry it for around 5 minutes, but not quite cooked all the way.
  • 3Finally add the beef stock, the diced tomatoes and tomato paste! Add the Oregano and let it cook until a rolling boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy with a loaf of Italian bread and butter!
