Ingredients For hamburger soup

2 lbground beef

1onion

1 ccarrots

1/2 ccelery

2 cquartered red potaoes

32 ozbeef broth

14 ozdiced tomatoes

1 cansmall can of tomato paste

4 clovegarlic

3 pinchsalt and pepper

1 tsporegano, dried
How To Make hamburger soup

1This is so easy to make and as quick as you want it to be!! Enjoy! Slice all the veggies ahead of time!

2Brown the beef with the garlicn adding the salt and peper and if needed, add 2 T of olive Oil. Next put in all of the veggies, and fry it for around 5 minutes, but not quite cooked all the way.

3Finally add the beef stock, the diced tomatoes and tomato paste! Add the Oregano and let it cook until a rolling boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy with a loaf of Italian bread and butter!
