Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 cups quartered red potaoes
  • 32 ounces beef broth
  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1 can small can of tomato paste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 pinches salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried

How To Make hamburger soup

  • Step 1
    This is so easy to make and as quick as you want it to be!! Enjoy! Slice all the veggies ahead of time!
  • Step 2
    Brown the beef with the garlicn adding the salt and peper and if needed, add 2 T of olive Oil. Next put in all of the veggies, and fry it for around 5 minutes, but not quite cooked all the way.
  • Step 3
    Finally add the beef stock, the diced tomatoes and tomato paste! Add the Oregano and let it cook until a rolling boil then simmer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy with a loaf of Italian bread and butter!
