chris' hamburger soup
This is an easy soup that my friends like. It can be changed to anyone's liking. The oregeno makes this soup. Cooking time is long but worth it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 boxes beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium bay leaf
- 6 ounces each, lima beans, black eye peas, and corn or any other peas
- 3 medium potatos peeled and diced in bitesize pieces
How To Make chris' hamburger soup

Step 1Cook meat in soup pot, strain and drain.

Step 2Add broth, oregano, salt, pepper and bay leaf to pot. Cook at least 1 hour on low covered. Add peas and beans cook 10 minutes then add potatoes and corn cook till potatos are done.
