this is something my mother made for me and my brothers growing up. she was a single mom working as a waitress trying to put food in our bellies and this is one of her mixtures that to this day is a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 pounds ground beef or your choice of ground meat
  • few dashes - worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bottles heinz 57 sauce (store brand is good too!!!)
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 lbs box elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 or 2 cans corn (we like the golden sweet corn)
  • 1 - onion chopped
  • I WASN'T TAUGHT TO MEASURE WHEN COOKING WHEN I WAS GROWING UP. ALL MY RECIPES ARE COOKED TO MY FAMILIES TASTE.

How To Make chaney special

  • Step 1
    CHOP ONION AND MIX IN WITH GROUND MEAT AND BROWN AND DRAIN. WHILE BROWNING THE MEAT COOK YOUR NOODLES AS DIRECTED ON BOX.
  • Step 2
    WHEN YOUR NOODLES ARE DONE AND THE MEAT IS BROWNED, MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SIMMER ON MED-HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 20-30 MINS.
  • Step 3
    YOU CAN ADD MORE CORN IF YOU LIKE. ADD MORE SAUCE IF YOU WANT. THIS IS A VERY EASY AND VERSATILE RECIPE! YOU CAN EVEN CHANGE THE NAME TO YOUR FAMILY NAME AND TWEAK IT AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN! HOPE YOU ENJOY!!!
