Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large white potato, peeled and diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 medium turnip
- 5 - baby portebello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, destringed and sliced
- 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 6 - scallions, sliced (mostly whites with a little green)
- 1 medium ear of corn, kernels cut from cob
- 1 small bunch broccoli, chopped
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
How To Make beef vegetable soup

Step 1In a skillet, brown the ground beef.

Step 2Place cooked beef and all other ingredients in a large pot. Add water to cover.

Step 3Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
