Ingredients

  • 6
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1
    large onion, chopped
  • 2
    cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 3 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 2
    chicken bullion cubes
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    red pepper sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    white corn
  • 6 can(s)
    great northern beans
  • 2 medium
    carrots chopped
  • 4 stalk(s)
    celery copped

How to Make White Bean Chicken Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. In a slow cooker, mix onion, garlic, broth, cumin, bullion cubes, oregano, salt and pepper sauce, and chicken. Celery and carrots.
    Add corn and beans and their liquid.
    Mix well.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Use 2 forks to shred chicken into pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker mix well.
    Serve with fresh baked cornbread!
