Ingredients
- 6 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 2 - cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 - chicken bullion cubes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
- 2 cans white corn
- 6 cans great northern beans
- 2 medium carrots chopped
- 4 stalks celery copped
How To Make white bean chicken chili

Step 1In a slow cooker, mix onion, garlic, broth, cumin, bullion cubes, oregano, salt and pepper sauce, and chicken. Celery and carrots. Add corn and beans and their liquid. Mix well.

Step 2Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.

Step 3Remove chicken from slow cooker. Use 2 forks to shred chicken into pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker mix well. Serve with fresh baked cornbread!
