taco soup
I got this recipe from a gal I work with. I love it. Use any flavor of tomatoes and any type of beans. Any type of ground meat works also. I am trying to cut salt so I use one can of no salt tomatoes and one seasoned with garlic. I like to use black beans and one can is the low/no salt variety. Also please serve with a dollop of sour cream and some Fritos.
