For most people soup is really great on a cold winter day, for me it is great all year long.

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzo beans
- 3 slices bacon, cut in pieces
- 1/2 slice round,ham steak, cut in pieces
- 1 - link spanish chorizo, cut in pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 - bell pepper, (any color) chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cans cans water ( use garbanzo bean cans)
- 3 medium potatos, peeled and cubed
How To Make spanish bean soup

Step 1Sauté bacon, ham, chorizo, onion, pepper, and garlic in a large Dutch oven.

Step 2Add beans, water and potato's.

Step 3Simmer on medium-low for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally.
